We have developed a special contract with which manufacturers of packaging can (pre-) license "standard" sales packaging for their customers.

Unlike service packaging, (pre-) licensing of "standard" sales packaging by manufacturers of packaging is, in principle, not possible. The legislator, however, does allow manufacturers of packaging or other companies to license the packaging for the "Erstinverkehrbringer"* as a so-called third party (Section 11 'Packaging Ordinance'). EKO-PUNKT^® has developed a contractual concept for such a situation which enables manufacturers of packaging to hand over "pre"-licensed packaging to their customers – taking all legal aspects of the Packaging Ordinance into account.
